From Trash To Treasure

Ok, so it's a trash can. But not just ANY trash can. I saw this trash can at the Salvation Army, and fell in love with the detail on it! Only I thought it would look 23985934857 times more amazing in a different color.

So after a few coats of Rustoleum Aqua, and Ralph Lauren Techinque Glaze in Tobacco, I have a gorgeous trash can to go in my bedroom!

$1.78 well spent!

  1. Great project! Come on over and link up to my Make It Monday Linky Party! It came out SO good and for under $2 you can't beat that!!! LOVE IT!

    What a deal!!

  3. Very cute! I love your blog. I'm trying to follow, but GFC isn't working right now. Since we're both on blogger, we should still be able to follow each other even after the changes! The lace shirt below is cute, too.

  7. I am so hitting thrift stores this week after seeing that! I looks wonderful!

  8. I love it. I wish I could find something that nice and ornate at a local thrift store. You've inspired me to go back out and look!

  9. Really beautiful. I need to start taking a better look at the bones of some of that ugly stuff I see in thrift shops.
